This topic talks about "encrypted tablespaces", not "encrypted data" or "encrypted columns". So, while studying for OCM, I would recomend you to focus a bit more in tablespace encryption.
Studying for "Oracle Database 11g Security Certified Implementation" is the best way to be very good in TDE implementation.
Here you need to be very fast in:
- Point sqlnet.ora to Wallet
- Create Wallet (orapki / mkstore)
- Open Wallet / Setup Key
- Finally create the tablespace and a encrypted table inside
Path to Documentation:
SQL Language Reference -> CREATE TABLESPACE
Advanced Security Administrator's Guide -> TDE Tablespace Encryption
