libasmclntsh12.so missing after OPatch failed in Oracle 12c

Those days, I was trying to apply the latest Oracle Grid Infrastructure PSU over my 12.1.0.2 Clusterware. During the apply phase, the OPatch failed because the gcc was not available for execution.
